  • We understand that purchasing apparel online requires a degree of trust. Our policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring a straightforward process whether you have encountered an issue with a product or simply changed your mind. Please review the guidelines below prior to initiating a return.

    Non-Returnable Items
    Due to health, hygiene, and inventory management regulations, the following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty under the terms of the Australian Consumer Law:

    • Earrings and pierced jewelry.

    • Undergarments, hosiery, and swimwear (if the protective hygiene strip has been removed, altered, or unsealed).

    • Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" or discounted by 40% or greater.


  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the eligible item(s) for a refund subject to the following conditions:

    • Eligibility Window: Return requests must be initiated within five (5) calendar days of the delivery date as confirmed by courier tracking.

    • Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. This includes all original packaging, swing tags, and labels attached. Items that appear worn, washed, altered, or missing tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

    • Refund Calculation: Please note that original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable for Change of Mind returns. The refund amount will be for the product cost only.

    • Return Shipping Options:

      • Option A (Convenience): We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your final refund total.

      • Option B (Full Product Refund): You may elect to arrange and pay for return shipping independently using a carrier of your choice.

        • Risk of Loss: If you choose this option, you assume the risk of loss or damage during transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service. Refunds will only be processed upon physical receipt and inspection of the goods at our facility.

    • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • We take product quality seriously. If you believe you have received an item that is faulty, materially defective, or not as described, we will fulfill our obligations in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

    • Notification Period: To ensure timely resolution, please notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

    • Required Documentation: To expedite the process, please contact our support team with clear photographic and/or video evidence clearly showing the defect or discrepancy.

    • Resolution Options: Upon assessment, we will offer one of the following remedies:

      • A full refund (including original and return shipping costs).

      • A replacement item (pending stock availability).

      • Partial Refund (Keep Item): If you wish to retain the item despite a minor flaw, we may offer a partial refund. The amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis proportionate to the nature of the defect.

  • All returns—whether for a change of mind or a defect—must be authorized prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to restocking delays.
